From Tiny Seeds to Tall Flowers For our final session, we’re digging deep! We will read Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt by Kate Messner to discover the hidden world beneath the soil. Afterward, we’ll practice our Garden Yoga. We’ll start out small and round like a seed, then slowly stretch and grow until we are tall flowers reaching for the sun!

• Focus: Biology, Habitats, and Mindful Movement.
