Fire Cider: A Folk Kitchen Tradition

For generations, home cooks have steeped onions, garlic, peppers, and herbs in apple cider vinegar to make a zesty tonic known as Fire Cider. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll prepare your own jar and learn the stories behind this flavorful tradition.
Supplies provided; you bring the curiosity. Ages 12+ welcome, with adult for under 16.
